Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Product to define and drive the product vision, strategy, and execution at Copianto AI.

You will work directly with the founders to shape the future of the platform—from enterprise search and RAG architecture to autonomous task execution and AI copilots. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will own the full product lifecycle and build a high-performing product culture from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

As Head of Product at Copianto AI, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of the product and ensuring we build solutions that deliver real value to our customers. You will operate at both a strategic and execution level—owning everything from vision to delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Strategy & Vision: Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with company goals and market opportunities.

Product Execution: Lead end-to-end product development—from discovery and ideation to launch and iteration—ensuring fast, high-quality delivery.

AI Product Leadership: Drive the development of Copianto’s core capabilities, including enterprise search, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and autonomous task execution.

Customer Insight & Product-Market Fit: Work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, validate solutions, and continuously refine product-market fit.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

Metrics & Performance: Define and track key product metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and task success rates.

Team Building: Hire, mentor, and lead product managers and designers, while establishing strong product processes and culture.

What You’ll Bring

7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.

Strong experience building B2B SaaS or AI-driven products.

Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, and data-driven systems.

Familiarity with AI/LLMs and emerging enterprise AI patterns such as RAG, copilots, and agent-based systems.

Proven track record of shipping products from 0 to 1 and scaling them successfully.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with ambiguity.

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, or internal knowledge platforms.

Background in developer tools, workflow automation, or data platforms.

Familiarity with GDPR and enterprise data security requirements.

Previous startup or founder experience.
