Incoming call or SMS forwarded to Copianto via your telephony provider (Twilio, Vonage, etc.).
Copianto transcribes (for voice) and analyses intent.
Quick automated reply or summary is sent; if needed, Copianto creates a ticket and notifies an agent.
All transcripts and summaries are stored and searchable in the dashboard.
